ME ABOUT ME
Let's start with my motto: "Building a better Serge". My journey into design and all things pretty is driven by a constant need of wanting to becoming a broader, stronger, all in all better designer. This journey, wich started over a decade ago (when I was still known under the alias of the CMYKid) has resulted in a couple of degrees, work with clients over 3 continents (ranging from local businesses to large(ish) national organisations, charities and magazines), and has seen me move to a variety of cities and countries.
I then found a permanent home at OLIVER as a Creative Artworker / Designer in London, where I look after the Starbucks brand in 6 countries (while supporting 5 others) delivering national campaigns and bespoke local solutions while offering a wide range of support to Starbucks in the UK, mainland Europe and beyond. The role reached way beyond it’s title , as daily duties cover creative artwork, design, project management, client liaison and support, plus the occasional illustrative and photographic work. I also developed and create social photography/posts and apply my love for all things photographic as an (assistant) art director during (food) photography shoots.
After 3 years, a change was needed and I landed a truly hybrid creative artworker/graphic designer role at INITIALS marketing, where I worked on creative artwork, design and visualisation projects, for both print and digital (predominantly on key visuals, instore point of sale and activations, digital and large scale print out-of-home, packaging, web/social assets and live engagement pieces) as well as supporting more junior member of the teams. All the while working hard on keeping some of the biggest brands in the UK happy creatively of course.Serge Kelders
